POT SMOKING IN MESS

Some girls were begging for KP duty. This is a real nasty job and I thought it strange that somebody actually wanted to do it, until I got assigned KP. I was offered a smoke every five minutes. Not your usual smoke, either, this was "wacky tabacky". One mess sergeant told me pot wasn't a drug, it was just another kind of tobacco. These are the people we are supposed to obey. They said I was a wet dishrag and I never got KP duty again. It was all right by me.
